This Privacy Policy describes how our Year-Make-Model Auto Parts Finder Mini App (“the App”) handles information when merchants and customers use it inside Shopify Minis.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect, store, process, or share any personal data from merchants or customers.

Specifically:

  • We do not collect names

  • We do not collect email addresses

  • We do not collect phone numbers

  • We do not collect addresses

  • We do not collect payment information

  • We do not store any customer or merchant browsing behavior

  • We do not create user accounts

  • We do not track users across apps or services

2. Information the App Processes

The App only processes data necessary for functionality inside the Shopify environment, such as:

  • Vehicle selection (Year, Make, Model)

  • Search bar input (local text)

  • Filter selections (pricing slider, category filter, rating, sort)

  • Product search queries provided by Shopify

This processing is temporary, occurs in real-time, and is not stored on our servers.

3. No External Data Storage

We do not maintain external databases containing user information.
All processing stays inside:

  • Shopify’s search API

  • The user’s device

  • Temporary app state (not persistent)

No data is transmitted to our servers outside of trusted Shopify requests.

4. Trusted Domains

Only necessary backend endpoints (if used) are allowed for validating or syncing product data. These endpoints do not receive user personal information.

5. Cookies & Tracking

The App does:

  • NOT use cookies

  • NOT use tracking pixels

  • NOT use analytics or advertising trackers

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not share any user data with any third-party service.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any personal data:

  • There is no stored data to access, correct, or delete.
