These Terms govern your use of our Year-Make-Model Auto Parts Finder Mini App (“the App”).

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App provides tools for merchants and customers to:

  • Select vehicle Year, Make, Model

  • Filter results using category, pricing slider, rating, and sort options

  • Search for vehicle-compatible auto parts

  • Display products using Shopify’s search APIs

The App does not sell products itself; it only helps users find compatible products.

2. App Availability

We aim for continuous uptime but do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access

  • error-free performance

  • compatibility with all devices

The App may update automatically to improve performance or meet Shopify requirements.

3. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without any warranty.

We do not guarantee:

  • that product results will always be accurate

  • that all vehicle mappings will be perfect

  • that filters will match every merchant catalog

Merchants are responsible for verifying product correctness.

4. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants using the App agree that:

  • They are responsible for the accuracy of the products in their own store

  • They are responsible for ensuring compatibility of auto parts

  • They will comply with Shopify’s merchant policies

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect product matches

  • Losses related to vehicle compatibility

  • Merchant misconfiguration

  • Data errors from Shopify APIs

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages

6. Data Usage

The App does not store or collect personal data.
Vehicle selections, filter choices, and search inputs are processed only for real-time functionality.

7. Termination

We may restrict or remove access to the App if:

  • required by Shopify

  • required by law

  • the App is misused or modified

8. Updates

These Terms may change at any time. Updated versions will always be posted at this URL.
